What Shipping Company do you Use?
Yangda Security offers three major shipping methods: EMS, DHL and Registered Airmail. The delivery time for different shipping method is different. Sometimes due to the different policies in some areas, we may change to use other couriers like Fedex and UPS, so as to ensure a safe delivery.
When Will I Receive my Parcel?
The shipping time is depending on the shipping method you choose.

NOTE: Please note that the shipping time may be affected by many reasons, like bad weather, customs clearance and big strike in destined country. We can not 100% guarantee the orders will deliver to your end within the estimated date.
Why I was Asked to Pay DHL Remote Area Handling Fee?
For most of the cases, you do not need pay any surcharge for DHL shipping. But If your location is belong to the "Remote Area" that defined by DHL, you will be asked to pay a specail handling fee for remote area delivery. Should your product be faulty, please photograph the parcel and its contents (For some products, a short video is required). The photos must show products, parcel and packing materials clearly. You may return it back to us for a full refund or replacement.
Please note that the 30 days warranty is for problems resulting from manufacturing defects. Damaged caused by improper installation, use or damage resulting from the crash will not be covered.
After repairing, we will send the products to you via Registered Airmail. If you would like to choose other shipping methods, you will need to pay the extra shipping cost by yourself.
Note: returned package without a detailed information like order number, problem explanation and shipping back address will not be accepted.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WRONG CHOICE OR CHANGE OF MIND. WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY IF WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER.
Please contact our customer service at email@example.com before returning back for the detailed address information. Once we receive the returning goods, we will send the replacements or the refund to you.
