No. Our customization services focus on optimizing product appearance, software functions, and application scenarios, and do not include any flight certification services required by countries or regions. Flight operation permits and compliance approvals must be obtained by customers from local regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We do not assume responsibility for regulatory compliance in this regard.
The customization lead time depends on the complexity of requirements. Simple appearance or packaging customization takes approximately 7–15 days; software function customization or scenario-based solution adaptation takes approximately 30–60 days. The exact timeline will be confirmed after requirement evaluation.
We support customization of appearance and software even for a single unit, with no mandatory minimum order quantity. For bulk orders, the minimum order quantity varies by the specific customization solution. Specific requirements can be discussed with our customization consultants.
All customized products are covered by our global after-sales support, including spare parts replacement, remote fault diagnosis, and software upgrade services. On-site maintenance services can also be provided in core markets.
