YANGDA’s R&D capability is a core technological barrier and a key brand competitiveness. Since the establishment in 2014, we have been deeply engaged in industrial UAV development, focusing not only on technological advancement but also on reliability under extreme environments such as high temperatures, sand, and high altitudes. Through continuous technical breakthroughs and product iterations, we have built a comprehensive R&D system covering flight platforms, electro-optical payloads, intelligent batteries, video and data transmission, ground control software, and temperature adaptation, delivering stable, reliable, and highly adaptable industrial UAV solutions for global customers, to enable efficient operations across various industry scenarios.

Flight Platform (VTOL / Multirotor UAV Systems)
By focusing on the aerodynamics, structural design, and flight control development of industrial UAV systems, and addressing key challenges such as long endurance and high payload capacity, YANGDA has successfully developed multiple flight platforms covering both VTOL and multirotor systems, adapted to a wide range of global operational scenarios.
Electro-Optical Payload (Gimbal Cameras)
We develop professional imaging payloads for industrial UAVs, and have accordingly launched three gimbal series: Storm Eye, Sky Eye, and Recon Eye. These systems integrate in-house ISP algorithms and AI recognition models, supporting dual-channel fusion of visible light and thermal imaging.
Energy Supply ( Smart Drone Battery)
To address key challenges of long endurance and harsh environments in industrial UAV applications, we have developed high-performance intelligent batteries. These in-house smart batteries have overcome core technologies including low-temperature preheating, heat dissipation, safety protection, and stable endurance performance.
• Preheating technology that automatically activates at low-temperature environments, enabling normal discharge even at -20°C.
• Advanced heat dissipation design at high-temperature environments, ensuring stable performance even at 60°C.
• Supports high-rate discharge, ideal for heavy-payload and long-endurance missions.
• Built with protections against malfunctions including overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, and over-temperature, enhancing operational safety.
Drone Data Transmission (Video and Data Link Systems)
We independently develop technologies including long-range video transmission, encrypted data links, and ground control communication systems, addressing challenges in drone communication such as infrastructure-free deployment, long-distance communication, and complex environments, while ensuring stable transmission, real-time return, and data security.
• 15–150 km ultra-long-range transmission, enabling reliable communication in remote areas without signal coverage.
• AES256 encrypted transmission, providing enhanced data protection for government or security missions.
• Anti-interference algorithm optimization, ensuring stable transmission in environments such as deserts, rainforests, and mountainous regions.
• Multi-UAV collaborative communication, supporting swarm operations and synchronized data transmission.
Control Software (Ground Control Station/Gimbal Camera Control)
Temperature Adaptation
We develop targeted system protection and performance optimization technologies for four extreme global environments: high-temperature and arid regions, humid and rainy conditions, dusty and sandy environments, and low-temperature and extreme cold climates, addressing equipment failure challenges in harsh operating conditions.
• Advanced heat dissipation and anti-aging technology, ensuring stable operation above 40°C.
• Full-body IP waterproofing and anti-fog design, enabling normal operation in rain and rainforest environments.
• Fully sealed dust and sand protection, reducing failure rates by 80% in desert conditions.
• Constant-temperature components and anti-freezing function, ensuring reliable performance in high-altitude cold regions.
