Our Solutions

Since the customer was new to UAV application and has quite limited UAV equipment, YANGDA provided a complete tailored drone system, including a fixed-wing UAV, gimbal camera, video transmission system, and ground control station.

Sky Whale Max Hybrid VTOL

The Sky Whale Max Hybrid VTOL is our upgraded fixed-wing UAV platform. Featuring a 4800 mm wingspan and supporting a maximum takeoff weight of 72 kg, it is capable of carrying additional gimbal payloads. This hybrid VTOL adopts a dual power supply system combining electric and gasoline power, enabling a maximum flight endurance of up to 10 hours. Its extended flight range allows inspection coverage across most mining areas.

 Storm Eye-30IE-HTM50 Gimbal Camera

The Storm Eye series is one of YANGDA's flagship gimbal product lines, with the Storm Eye-30IE-HTM50 standing out in particular. This high-performance gimbal camera integrates three premium functions: a 1080P visible-light camera with 30× optical zoom, a high-definition infrared sensor for night inspections, and an LRF laser rangefinder for real-time distance measurement. In addition, it is equipped with AI-powered automatic detection and tracking capabilities. Together, these features enable real-time oversight of mining progress and help operators promptly identify potential hazards.

N150 Video Transmission System

The N150 video transmission system enables data and video communication between the ground station and the UAV, with a transmission range of up to 150 km. Adopting automatic frequency hopping technology, our transmission system  effectively minimizes channel interference and ensures low-latency data transmission. In addition, it is equipped with AES-256 level encryption, ensuring data integrity while safeguarding the security of sensitive operational assets.

ROCK-II Ground Control Station

The ROCK-II ground control station is an industrial-grade dual-screen system designed for UAV operations. It can withstand temperatures of up to 60°C and features IP67-rated water resistance, supporting up to 4 hours of continuous operation. Even in remote environments such as mining sites, it enables reliable and efficient UAV control in real time.

Once the order was placed, production was immediately scheduled. A dedicated project group was then created to provide the customer with real-time updates on production progress.
